GET Group's Border Control System “GET-BCS” is a fully integrated yet modular solution, which greatly improves border clearance processes with machine readable travel documents (MRTD) and associated technologies.

GET-BCS supports automatic reading and validation of the data in addition to the necessary security stop-list checking procedures.

System includes full passport data page capturing and recognition to multiple-row OCR lines for MRZ.

It also extracts and decodes globally interoperable ICAO biometric data in IC contact-less chips (e.g., ePassport) for machine-assisted identity confirmation, including facial recognition, fingerprint and/or iris recognition.

GET-BCS supports multiple technologies of Machine Readable Travel Document Readers adding security to borders where the authentication of identification documents is crucial.

It functions with smart chip enabled ICAO ePassports or standard Machine Readable Passports.

GET-BCS also presents a full integrated e-Gate module for gate controlled processing of travelers. It is a highly secured and reliable traveler screening system at entry/exit checkpoints through automated clearance gates.

Travelers simply insert their ePassport or contact-less ID card for reading at specially designed automatic-clearing gates and verify their identity through an automated process matching physical scan with biometric and security data stored on the IC chip of their document.
