Pension Fund Management System

Summary

In order to have full control over the movement of work forces and to cope with the ever changing social security sector and its related investments and strategies, it was imperative for governments to modernize and computerize their business in order to provide a better service and to have more control over the budget needed for a sustainable and healthy fund.

GET Group offers the perfect solution to the above issues with its Social Security Administration System (SSAS) which is a multilingual web application, designed on the .Net platform using Oracle database. SSAS fulfils the needs of social security organizations (based on actuarial studies and international conventions) and helps them to properly manage and
control their business.

Main Modules

  • Registration processing

The registration processing in SSAS is spread across the Member module and the Company module. The member module takes care of registering all members, insured and beneficiaries. A unique SSN will be the reference to the member across the whole system. Additional information covers can be added like: registering wives, marriages, divorces, children, brothers/sisters etc. Validation is enforced on all types of transactions in order to ensure data integrity.

Entities are created in the same way members are. The name of the company, its type, etc is required during registration. Once an entity is registered, members can be linked to it. Then contributions can be calculated and collected on a monthly basis.

  • Contribution processing

The Company module handles contributions calculation and contributions payment. Different employment types have different contribution factors. Retroactive calculation is done in case employees had their salaries change in previous months.
Once calculated the user will have access to a detailed report showing the amount due (previous, current) and includes any payments done.

  • Payments are collected through the contribution screen (cash or cheque), and can be matched up with individual employees contribution month. The user will be able to generate invoices for one or multiple entities at the same time.

  • Benefits processing

The benefits module handles everything related to the calculation, eligibility checking, and distribution of a given benefit. Benefits types vary between work injuries, retirement, resignation, death, and many others.

When it comes time to pay the benefit, the PAY CENTER handles all payment. A benefit can be paid at a center, a bank, or a post office. Once paid, SSAS generates an invoice and prints it.

  • Telephone Call Center

GET Group provides an intelligent automated call center which interacts with the solution's master database to monitor, log and report incoming and outgoing calls to correspondent agents.

The Call Center provides the following functionalities:

    • Missed Calls Alert
    • Logging System
